Q: Can I buy multiple certificates and use them all at once to ensure my
home is deeply cleaned?
A: Yes! As long as we have a day and time open to fit your schedule you
can purchase as many as you would like and lock in up to an 8 hour cleaning
day.
Q: I purchased this deal and loved the service, How can I set up recurring
service and how much will it cost?
A: We have an exciting new offer for voucher clients. We want to clean your
home more than once to develop a relationship. To set up recurring services
simply call or office and let us know if you would like weekly, bi-weekly or
Monthly and we will honor the same cost you paid for your certificate. i.e if
you purchased a two hour certificate for $59 and would like your personal
maid to return bi-weekly the cleaning cost will be $59 bi-weekly for as long
as your a client.
Q: I purchased three two hour cleaning session to give me 6 hours for a
move-out cleaning. Can I use all these at once for a move out cleaning?
A: Unfortunately No! These offers are for residential maid service only. They
type of cleaning that is done is a move-in/out cleaning is not the same as
house cleaning.
Q: I purchased one one-hour house cleaning session and all I need done is
my stove and fridge cleaned out really good. Can I apply the certificate to
that?
A: YES! Keep in mind the hours you purchase are yours to use anyway you
would like them used. If the time is being spent on a stove & fridge clean
out your home will not be cleaned.
Q: Above you state, the time purchased is my time to use anyway I want so
why can't I schedule a move-in/out cleaning with this deal?
