WE BEGIN WITH AN INITIAL DEEP DETAILED CLEANING!
Our Initial Cleaning Package is the deepest cleaning your home will ever
get, Our cleaning teams are trained to clean heavy traffic areas, This
package is what you will receive on our initial visit. After the initial cleaning
we will maintain your home with a cleaning package of your choice, either
a General Cleaning, Deluxe Cleaning or Top-to-Bottom Clean each time.

This package includes a complete stove & fridge clean out on the initial
cleaning, This will bring your home up to Pristine Maids standards for regular
maintenance for recurring services.

Your cleaner will “pick-up” a reasonable amount of clothing, toys, etc while
cleaning. Our cleaning professionals are bonded and insured, including
workers compensation insurance. All employees are subject to reference
and criminal background checks before joining our cleaning teams. Not all
household surfaces are cleanable but we will do our best to get all areas
within reach. Not all artifacts, sculptures, pictures, paintings, etc will be
cleanable. Some cleaning jobs require additional time and additional charges, but we will never perform such services
without your knowledge and consent. Our services are guaranteed to your satisfaction.

To the right are links to our recurring cleaning packages. You can switch between packages at anytime simply call our
office prior to your next visit so we can inform your cleaner(s).
When our professional cleaning team arrives to give your home an initial deep clean or a one-time cleaning you can expect them to be in the home for 3-5 hours

Our rates are based on normal kept living condition homes as well as the square footage. On the initial cleaning we send out 2 cleaners for a flat rate for 3 hours, If
additional time is required you will be required to pay the additional per hour cost for the additional time. Our prices are based on the size and condition of the home.  
We do our best but again it is not always possible and you may be required to pay for the additional time or you can opt to have your cleaner(s) do what they can in
the 3 hours they would be scheduled for.

NEW Customers who commit to a recurring service with us will receive $25.00 off their initial cleaning & $10 off your following 3 scheduled cleanings!
Initial Cleaning Checklist:
Bedroom

  • Beds Made
  • Linens changed (If left out)
  • All areas Dusted – On top, In front and underneath
  • Picture frames dusted
  • Mirrors cleaned
  • Window sills cleaned
  • Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, door frames and switch plates
  • Vacuum under bed ( If accessible)
  • Trash emptied
  • Cobwebs removed
  • Baseboards washed
  • Lamp shades wiped down & dusted
  • Light fixtures cleaned
  • Carpets vacuumed

Living & Dining Room

  • All areas dusted - on top, on front and underneath
  • Upholstered furniture vacuumed
  • Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened
  • Hardwood or tile floors damp-mopped
  • Carpeted floors vacuumed
  • Light Fixtures Cleaned
  • Ceiling Fans Cleaned
  • Baseboards dusted and cobwebs removed
  • Window sills wiped down
  • Fingerprints wiped from all woodwork, door frames and switch plates
  • Glass tables cleaned
  • Picture frames dusted
  • Cobwebs Removed
  • Lamp shades wiped down or dusted
Kitchen

  • Counter tops and back splash cleaned, All items removed and replaced
  • Cabinet fronts washed
  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
  • Floor vacuumed or washed
  • Interior and Exterior of appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator
    dishwasher, stove top)
  • Small appliances wiped
  • Window sills cleaned
  • Blinds are dusted
  • Baseboards washed
  • Cobwebs Removed
  • Light Fixtures Cleaned
  • Faucets polished
  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork frames and switch plates
  • All fronts and backs of doors washed
  • Trash emptied & wash walls if necessary
  • Load and run Dishwasher

Bathrooms

  • Sink thoroughly cleaned,
  • disinfected and rinsed
  • Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
  • Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
  • Toilets disinfected inside and out,
  • Including base and behind
  • Light Fixtures Cleaned
  • Vanity top cleaned
  • Towels changed (if left out)
  • Mirrors cleaned
  • Window sills wiped down
  • Trash emptied
  • Cobwebs Removed
  • Baseboards washed
  • Vacuum and/or wash floor
  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door frames and switch plates.
  • Wash walls if necessary
