This is a complete list of our Top-To-Bottom  Cleaning Package!
Our Top-to-Bottom cleaning package includes everything you'd
come to expect from a professional cleaning company.

Our cleaning professionals are insured and bonded, including
workers compensation insurance. All employees are subject to
reference and criminal background checks before joining our
cleaning teams. Not all household surfaces are cleanable but we
will do our best to get all areas within reach.

Not all artifacts, sculptures, pictures, paintings, etc will be
cleanable.
Some cleaning jobs require additional time and additional charges, but we will never perform such services
without your knowledge and consent. If additional time is required you will be informed of the additional cost.

Our Top-to-Bottom cleaning package is a deep detailed cleaning to your home, it is great if you are looking for
changing of the sheets bed making, wall washing or removal of finger prints off doors.

When our professional cleaning team arrive to give your home a Top-to-Bottom cleaning you can expect them
to be in the home for 3-4 hours

Our rates are based on normal kept living condition homes as well as the square footage. Please keep in mind
if the cleaner has to spend time picking up toys etc taking time away from the actual cleaning, you will be
required to pay for additional time to properly clean your home.
Kitchen

  • Counter tops and back splash cleaned, All items removed
    and replaced
  • Cabinet fronts washed or dusted
  • Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
  • Floor vacuumed or washed
  • Exterior of appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator
    dishwasher, stove top)
  • Clean interior & exterior of microwave
  • Small appliances wiped
  • Window sills cleaned
  • Blinds are dusted
  • Baseboards dusted or wiped
  • Cobwebs Removed
  • Light Fixtures Cleaned
  • Faucets polished
  • Fingerprints removed from all woodwork door frames and
    switch plates
  • Trash emptied & wash walls if necessary
  • Load and run Dishwasher
Bedroom

  • Beds Made
  • Linens changed (If left out)
  • All areas Dusted – On top, In front and
    underneath
  • Picture frames dusted
  • Mirrors cleaned
  • Window sills cleaned
  • Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, door
    frames and switch plates
  • Vacuum under bed ( If accessible)
  • Trash emptied
  • Cobwebs removed
  • Baseboards washed
  • Lampshades wiped down & dusted
  • Light fixtures cleaned
  • Carpets vacuumed
